Micro positive pressure (dilute phase) pneumatic conveying technology
Micro positive pressure (dilute phase) pneumatic conveying technology
The GSB continuous pump combines the principle of pneumatic pressure difference with the most advanced jet flow and fluidization technology, fully absorb the theory of two-phase flow in modern pneumatic conveying.
the powdered material is sucked into the gas ash mixing chamber after the electric air lock completes the balanced feeding function. a uniquely designed nozzle on the feeder (which generates high vacuum, i.e. relatively strong negative pressure) mix the material & gas evenly then sends into the conveying pipeline. the material will transport to the destination along the pipeline by pneumatic pressure difference.
The core technology of this device is that jet nozzle is annular, which will generate high vacuum without causing energy loss due to turbulence. it is the most critical point that distinguishes from other conveying pumps.
The GSB continuous pump consists of electric air lock and feeder (air ash mixing chamber, nozzle, Venturi tube)

Technology innovation point
1. Continuous and uniform feeding with low conveying concentration, smooth operation, safety and reliability, and almost no pipe blockage.
2. Simple process with few equipment components. a single conveying pump is equipped with an electric feeder, without pneumatic components, frequent starting and closing of valves and equipment, resulting in a low failure rate. Maintenance and repair are extremely simple and convenient, with almost no vulnerable parts.
3. Low-pressure Roots blower which has low energy consumption and operating costs, saving 20% compared to dense phase ash conveying systems.
4. Continuous transportation by low pressure power source with low & constant flow velocity in the pipeline, minimal pipeline wear and long service life.
5. The control is simple and convenient. the corresponding equipment can be manually started in one go according to the user manual if there is a problem with the automatic program . After its normal operation, there is no need for frequent operation.
6. Easy to operate with low requirements for operators, no need for frequent operation.
7. one conveying equipment can be used under two ash hoppers due to the special nature of the conveying pump, reduce investment outlay.
