Low nitrogen combustion denitrification technology
LNB Technology Introduction
Nitrogen furnace denitrification is the use of various combustion techniques to control the generation of NOx during the combustion process, also known as low NOx combustion technology.
Among various technologies for reducing NOx emissions, low NOx combustion technology is widely adopted, relatively simple, economical and effective.
There are four low nitrogen combustion technologies: low nitrogen burner technology, air staged combustion technology, fuel staged combustion technology & flue gas recirculation technology and Among them, flue gas recirculation technology is currently the most widely used.

Process principle introduction
Based on the analysis of the mechanism of NOx generation and reduction, in order to reduce the generation of NOx, the first step is to strengthen combustion, promote the quick and maximum release of volatile matter and control the concentration of oxygen in the primary combustion zone to generate a reducing medium (CHi) to reduce the generated NOx and achieve the goal of reducing NOx emissions.
Technical characteristics
1. Relatively simple, cost-effective technical measures.
2. Nitrogen furnace denitration can significantly reduce the huge investment of flue gas denitrification, the cost of operation .
3. Reduce secondary cycle pollution.
4. The denitration efficiency is not high.
