Loss-in-weight scales is a new products developed and launched by SY Blue Sky independently . It uses world leading dynamic control technology and equipped with a dynamic weighing controller specially developed by SY Blue Sky. It controls the feeding flow rate by real-time adjusting the operating speed of various actuators such as screws, vibrating feeders, pumps etc , also known as stable flow feeders. It is widely used in continuous feeding production lines in industries such as rubber, environmental protection, chemical, food, and non-ferrous steel. The application of Loss-in-weight scales feeding system completely subverts the traditional manual batching mode and has profound milestone in the history of batching development.

working principle
Loss-in-weight scales is composed of weighing bin, driving and feeding device, weighing sensor, feeding valve (optional), driving controller, control module etc.
Working principle: Real time measure the weight of materials in the silo by high precision weighing sensors . When materials are discharged from the material outlet through the driving and discharging device, their weight will decrease. The control module will compare the amount of weight reduction per unit time with the set amount of material that needs to be discharged per unit time and maintain consistency by adjust the driving controller to achieve precise feeding.
