Overview
GSB solid jet pump is a combination of principle of pneumatic pressure difference with the most advanced jet flow and fluidization technology,  it is fully absorbs the theory of modern pneumatic conveying two-phase flow. The feeding part is an electric air lock. the powder material is sucked into the air ash mixing chamber after the electric air lock completes the balanced feeding function , and the material and gas are evenly mixed by the jet nozzle (defined by the company as the de Laval 's principle) , and the material is sent to the conveying pipeline and arrived at the destination along the pipeline by the pneumatic pressure difference. The overall transmission efficiency is 3 to 4 times higher than that of traditional injectors.
The core technology is the jet nozzle and the shape is ring,  adding a tongue in the middle of the nozzle to form a ring with a solid center when manufacturing it . It is also subsonic, sonic, and supersonic, but the gradual expansion of the supersonic area is focused inward rather than outward, and produces focus in the hybrid section of the venturi tube. the most important point that the equipment is different from other conveying pumps is that  jet can produce a higher vacuum without causing turbulence and energy loss, 

Main component 
The GSB solid jet pump is composed of three parts:  intermediate bin,  electric air lock and  feed emitter (gas-ash mixing chamber, nozzle and venturi tube).

Main innovations:

● Continuous transmission, the system runs smoothly, basically no blocked pipe phenomenon, safe and reliable, can be unattended.
