High pressure (dense phase) pneumatic conveying technology
The silo pump pneumatic conveying system is high dense pneumatic system which converying by dynamic & static pressure of compressed air and it is developed by combining the technology of fluidization and gas-solid two-phase flow .
the feed valve, intake valve, discharge valve etc are cyclically switched by the level and pressure gauge signals of silo pump on intermittent conveying method ; Each silo of fly ash transported is a working cycle which is divided into four stages: feeding stage, pressurized fluidization stage, conveying stage and blowing stage.
The most critical technology is to fully fluidized the material inside the silo pump and transport it while fluidized, changing the way of pneumatic conveying from suspended to fluidized .
System consists of the following components
pump cases , feed valve, inlet valve, discharge valve etc and configure Level gauges, pressure gauges, solenoid valve boxes etc.
Application
transportation distance ≤1000m; Conveying capacity ≤1000t/h ; suitable for the long-distance transport of dust removal system of power plant and all kinds of powder material conveying of building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry etc .

3. Multi pump and multi-stage series conveying mode can reduce frequent of conveying and energy consumption, it is not easy to ash accumulation of hopper due to simultaneous transportation ensure that the ash from hopper can be emptied and promptly .
4. Compared to the single-stage conveying pump with a large number of hoppers, the investment costs of Multi pump and multi-stage conveying reduced by at least 5%, it is easy to run and convenient to operate , reduce fault points .
