SYE series of ESP

Overview

SYE series  is a horizontal ESP designed on the basis of absorbing the characteristics of domestic and foreign ESP combined with our company's years of experience in producing ESP .

Working mechanism

ESP  is a device that uses high voltage direct current to maintain an electrostatic field capable of ionizing gas on two metal anodes and cathodes with significantly different curvature radii. The electrons produced by gas ionization, anions and cations, are adsorbed onto the dust passing through the electric field, allowing the dust to acquire charge.
Under the action of electric field force, dust with different polarities move towards electrodes of different polarities and deposit on them, so as to achieve the purpose of dust and gas separation. A portion of charged dust in the corona zone and in close proximity to the corona zone has a polarity opposite to that of the corona electrode and deposits on the corona electrode. Due to the small range of the corona zone, there is also less dust deposited. The majority of dust outside the corona zone carries charges of the same polarity as the corona and deposits on the dust collection plate.

Main component 
ESP is composed of  smoke inlet and outlet system; the case ;  the cathode system consists of a cathode frame, cathode anvil beam, cathode suspension, heating insulation box system, and anti swing device; the anode system consists of a plate array, a vibration anvil and anti swing device, a cathode system supporting insulator or insulation shaft, and a anode cathode vibration system; ash hopper system; staircase landing;  high voltage isolation switches, high and low voltage power supply devices, and low voltage control systems.

Main innovations:
● Adopting top electromagnetic hammer vibration technology, novel structure, reasonable layout, safe and reliable operation;
● Rigid frame, free to expand, not easy to deform, high temperature resistance;
● New cathode line and pole matching type, uniform field strength, effective elimination of anti-corona;
● By using a wide homopolar distance of 400mm or 450mm, compared to a small spacing, the driving speed of dust can be increased, thereby further improving the dust collection efficiency.
● The anode is SPCC plate with good wear and corrosion resistance to improve service life;
● A combination of diversion and obstruction airflow distribution plate is adopted, and the air flow is evenly distributed, and the system resistance is low;   
● At the end of the electric field is equipped with a labyrinth shape groove plate to improve the dust collection efficiency;
● Small partition power supply can be used according to requirements to improve the operating corona power;
● Intelligent high pressure control system and PLC low pressure control system;
